There's no better way to celebrate summer than with fresh fruit and the zest of citrus. For this tartlet, we went beyond the typical (but oh-so-yummy) flaky crust and instead opted for a crispy, citrus cookie infused with flavors of lemon, lime, and fresh garden basil. The filling is a creamy lemon curd and a fresh raspberry tops her off. Summer in a bite!
